We have no refund and returns policy.
If you receive a product with damaged packaging from the courier person, DO NOT ACCEPT the package, so that the liability does not shift to you.
We currently don’t have an exchange policy because our quality inspection is very stringent and only items in perfect factory condition will be allowed to be shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
